Factory

The factory has a covered area of some 4000m2 and is well serviced by 9 overhead gantries. This enables project both large and small to be economically handled. At the rear are large opening doors 9m wide x 5m high allowing the fabrication of large components inside under cover.

Design

The company employs 3 CAD Designers utilising Auto Cad. The experience base ranges from Structural Steel and General Fabrication to Mechanical handling applications. In addition to the in house team we have a Structural Steel Detailer based in Auckland who details structural steel using an Automated 3D Detailing Package.

For Structural Steelwork Design we have an ongoing working agreement with a Structural Engineering company based in the Hawkes Bay.
